    I would like to thank you for helping us to choose our hot tub and for all the coordinating you did to get it installed.  Every step of the way, your people came on time, were personable as well as knowledgeable and skilled.  I really appreciated you coming out for a site survey and for your suggestion on the placement of the spa for the safest, most secure foundation.   Joey connected the electricity and put in the proper wiring.  It makes me feel a lot safer to have an outside secondary GFCI breaker box and to know that the work was done by an expert.  Josh and Levi were amazing to get the hot tub down over the embankment without any issues and to set it up completely while they were here.  They certainly know what they are doing.  It was a pleasure to watch them work, although I admit I had to come in the house and close my eyes when they were coming down the hill.  They spent a lot of time with me to make sure I understood how to work all the controls, how to change the filters and refreshed my memory about what you advised for the chemical upkeep.

    The solution you recommended for skin care is awesome.  I have been in many different hot tubs and have never gotten out and felt so refreshed, the soft skin was a delightful bonus.  I really love that there is no odor of chemicals with the sanitation system in the Maxx Elite.  From the moment I walked into your showroom and was able to actually sit in the empty display models and choose the one that our family will enjoy the most, to the flawless service and installation, it amazes me that everything was done in less than five days, including a weekend.  We have had a lot of experiences in decades of home ownership and maintenance and I assure you that this one was the most pleasant experience due to your company choosing the best from sales to contracting.  I am in awe and so very appreciative.  I would recommend your company to the most demanding clients for your superb commitment to quality.

     In the past when we had three other hot tubs that were on site when we purchased our homes, we only got in when we had company or a special occasion.  With the cover lift system, the installation and upkeep system of this unit, we are getting in every night.  This has been singularly the most satisfying indulgence we have experienced in our thirty years of marriage and I can't think of the words to express how grateful we are to have found your business to make this improvement to our lives.
